Mission Redirect Services Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may use SMS text messaging to communicate with consumers, families, youth participants, volunteers, donors, and supporters. Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you choose to make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe, PayPal, Neon One (CRM), Square, Navy Federal Credit Union and GoFundMe. Payments made through our website or fundraising platforms may be processed by trusted third-party vendors including Stripe, PayPal, Square (including Square Point of Sale), Neon One, GoFundMe, and our financial institution, Navy Federal Credit Union. Mission Redirect Services Inc. does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card information. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely under each vendor’s privacy policy and in compliance with applicable financial laws.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell towers to estimate your location. GPS is accurate to about 20 meters, while Wi-Fi and cell towers help improve accuracy when GPS signals are weak, like indoors. This data helps Google Maps provide directions, but it is not always perfectly precise.

Mission Redirect Services Inc. provides mentorship and community programs that support youth and families. However, our website and online services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian create and manage any online accounts, registrations, or payments on their behalf. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a minor without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete that information and take steps to safeguard the minor’s privacy.

You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time.
