Mission Redirect Services Inc. is a Nevada nonprofit corporation organized under
NRS Chapter 82. We are in the process of applying for recognition as a tax-exempt
charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
At this time, our 501(c)(3) status is pending approval by the Internal Revenue Service.
Until approval is received, donations and gifts made to Mission Redirect Services Inc. may not yet
qualify as tax-deductible charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Regardless of tax status, every donor will receive:
- A formal receipt for
their contribution,
- A letter of
acknowledgment confirming the amount and purpose of the gift, and
- An update from us once the IRS has
issued our determination letter.
Upon approval of our 501(c)(3) application, donations received after the date of incorporation may qualify
as tax-deductible, retroactively as permitted by IRS regulations.
